💪 Exciting News – Stretch & Strength!
I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be bringing a brand new class, Stretch & Strength, to Currock Community Centre, starting Tuesday 7th October at 10:00am. Each session will run for 45 minutes as part of the Let’s Move initiative, encouraging us all to stay active and strong. ✨
We’ll begin with a gentle 🤸♀️ warm-up and stretch, followed by a series of weighted exercises 🏋️♂️ designed to build strength, improve balance, and support healthy bones and joints. As we age, maintaining muscle is one of the best ways to protect our bodies, boost energy ⚡, and stay independent for longer.
This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, with options to go at your own pace. 🙌 Why not bring a friend along and make it even more fun? 👯♀️
We’ll round things off with a calming 🧘♀️ cooldown to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished.
