Sangha Tuesday Men's Circle

Sangha Men’s Circle offers a quiet space for grounding, reflection, and reconnection, through mindful movement, guided meditation, and breathwork. Designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, our practice invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself.

Led by Jamilla, with restorative movement, steady breath, and inner stillness, we reconnect with the body, calm the mind, and create space for clarity, strength, and ease.

All men are welcome, whether you’re new to these practices or returning to yourself in a new way. Together, in quiet community, we honour the power of slowing down and the strength found in stillness.
