An incredible opportunity to sink into the depth of sound waves and vibrations releasing tension and pain.
Relax and unwind to a symphony of sounds created with love. Allow the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, drum, gong and voice realign and centre you. Releasing negative feelings letting go of all that does not serve you.
All you are required to do is just relax and be.

Please bring blanket, mat and cushion for your comfort and bottle of water to assist energy flow.
