Remember your loved one and plant a lasting Forget-Me-Not 💙

We have invited families to remember someone special in our annual Garden of Memories. For your generous donation, the name of your loved one is left as a dedication and will be displayed throughout August, alongside our bespoke Forget-Me-Nots.

Whether you’ve been supported by the hospice or simply want to honour someone dear, we’d love to welcome you to our unveiling event on Sunday 3rd August, at 2:30pm — to join with others and remember the person special to you. 🌼
