🎪🐻 Fair Bear’s 1st Birthday Picnic! 🐻🎪
Join us on Saturday 6th September at Restore Shop & Community Hub as we celebrate Fair Bear’s very first birthday with a day full of free fun, games and fairground magic as part of World Fun Fair Month!
Here’s what’s happening:
🎲 Children’s Poetry & Play with Gemma Lees – At 10:30am and 1:30pm, Gemma will lead fairground-themed poetry workshops and host classic fairground games including Hook-a-Duck, Hooplah, Jenga and more – with prizes to be won!
🧺 Teddy Bears’ Picnic – At 12:30pm, bring along your favourite teddy and some picnic food to enjoy a cosy lunch together. Don’t have a bear? Don’t worry! We’ll have plenty to borrow – plus lots of pre-loved bears looking for new homes. 🐻💚
🍰 Treats and Fun All Day – Enjoy cupcakes, biscuits, drinks, temporary tattoos, a tombola, and plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy.
It’s going to be a joyful day of creativity, community, and celebration and everyone is welcome. Come join the fun and help us make Fair Bear’s birthday one to remember! 🥳
