Join us during Get Online Week for a relaxed and friendly drop-in session at your local library, designed to help you feel more confident using everyday technology.

Whether you're unsure about your smartphone, want to explore digital health tools, or need help accessing online services, our team is here to support you.

What to expect:

• Help with smartphones, tablets and laptops
• Support using NHS and MyGP apps
• Demos of library digital resources like eBooks and audiobooks
• Printed guides and signposting to further support
• Free pumpkin spice latte at Carlisle Library (while stocks last!)
