Beginners Pilates Class

Starting a new beginners Pilates class on Mondays from the 3rd of March 11am - 12pm at The Health Studio Dalston. The sessions will focus on fundamental Pilates exercises to create a strong functional core and increased pelvic stability. Small class size to ensure proper form and safety.
