Next Level Pop-up with Steve

Power up your Sunday with this high-intensity spin class led by Steve. Climb hills, sprint, and push your limits in this electrifying ride.

Next Level pop-up classes are offered to members at no extra charge. Guests are welcome to join us for the drop-in fee of $17.50.

Next Level pop-up classes are advanced versions of our group fitness classes. These sessions are designed to challenge our regular participants and welcome adrenaline-seeking newcomers. It’s a chance for fitness enthusiasts to push themselves beyond their usual limits and see if they can keep pace with a next-level workout. Look for Next Level classes on the last Sunday of every month at 11:30 a.m.
