Hatha Mixer Yoga Class

Join us Thursday evenings at the Almonte Old Town Hall! This intermediate level Hatha class is a fun mix of all the things that make a great class! We begin softly with mindful breathing and stretching, then slowly build heat and momentum as we flow through more challenging poses. Finally, as always, we finish with a rewarding and relaxing Savasana.

If possible, we ask that you pre-register so the approximate class size is known ahead of time. Of course, walk-ins are still welcome.
