Beginner Level Yoga Class

This beginner level class welcomes all those who are yoga-curious!
The 65 min class will gently guide you through focused breathing & gentle stretching, then gradually flow into some foundational Hatha yoga poses and finish with a short (but very sweet) Savasana/mini nap 🙂
Come try out a class in Almonte's beautiful Old Town Hall located in the centre of town.

Purchasing a multi-class pass gives you the flexibility to come whenever it works for you as each class is redeemed upon attendance... so if you're sick or can't come, no sweat!
