6 Week Summer Fitness Challenge

NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Join us for our 6 week summer fitness challenge starting August 18th.
This class will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 730PM.

These workouts are comprised of simple bodyweight and kettlebell movements anyone can do. That being said, simple doesn’t mean easy! We will be working hard, sweating and burning calories so bring a towel and plenty of water 😅🔥

You don’t need any experience and you don’t need to be in shape to get started. All you have to do is show up ready to put in the work and we will show you the rest! 💪🏻
