Weekend Hatha Yoga class

Get your weekend off to a great start with a suitably paced Hatha Yoga class which will suit those who have attended yoga classes before but also challenge a beginner. We never leave anyone out so you won't be out of your depth in this class. Perfect if you want to breathe better, sleep well, stretch your body, learn how to relax fully and meet some new people.

We are a very friendly studio on Partridge Lane. You can't park on the lane but there are plenty of parking places nearby on all the streets. The lane is next to 56 partridge Road.

We have mats, blankets and water here for you but feel free to bring your own - it is always nicer to use your own mat if you have one - I think so anyway :)

Booking can be done in 5 or 10 week blocks. That way you can get a feel for the class and see all those lovely benefits start to manifest.
