Train the Trainer - 4 modules (9.30am - 4.15pm) - Level 2 accredited course

This Level 2 Agored accredited course will be delivered face to face at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cardiff.

Time for all sessions: 9.30 - 4.15

Participants will need to attend ALL sessions.

You will learn the key principles of training, allowing you to better understand how people learn, retain and transfer knowledge. Embedded within this course is an essential skills unit that will help you learn how to support those with essential skills needs.

This course is based on the training cycle, covering three main areas: planning, delivery, assessment. The course will look at:

• Supporting learners needs
• Different learning styles
• Assessment methods and activities
• Planning a training session and resources
• Giving feedback

Ability to write at a Level 2 standard – i.e. write in paragraphs.
Ability to engage fully in a level 2 course.

As this course will be delivered online learners will need either a laptop or PC with camera and microphone, WIFI and an email address.

As well as booking via Eventbrite, you must complete a student registration with Adult Learning Wales in order to participatie in this course.

Registration details will be sent to you by the UNISON Cymru learning team by email.

Those who do not complete the Adult Learning Wales registration will have their booking cancelled and their place offered to other learners.

To complete this course, you will need to attend ALL sessions. If this course is during work time, please ensure your employer has granted you time off to attend.
