A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women for a walk in Cardiff Bay.
Meet in front of the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay at 11am for a relaxed walk across the barrage and back. Opportunity to stay after the walk for a cuppa and/or food.
Flat path across the barrage and back. This walk is around 3 miles and likely to last around 1-1.5hrs depending on how fast we move and how many stops we make.

Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
