Sound Bath with Sacred Instruments

Come, lay down and get comfortable and cosy. Immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments. The sound and vibration with enter your body and mind. The vagus nerve will be activate, relaxing you and calming body and mind. Your brain waves will enter the Alfa state. The cells in your body will swing to the sound and vibration bringing harmony and balance through the law of resonance.
We will start with a meditation before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. Various percussion instruments, Himalayan singing bowls, bespoke symphonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, pipes and much more will be used during the session.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow with you to get comfortable and cosy. Bring some water to rehydrate yourself after the session.
Cost is £15
Sound therapy is very beneficial for sleeping problems and has a profound effect on your body and mind.
Contraindications are epilepsy, pace maker, and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
