Power Up Summer: Cardiff - Axe throwing at Lumberjack Cardiff (16-25YO)

Our Power Up Summer Programme is LIVE!

Being creative, moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned a summer packed with it all, for free, for young people and young adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

This session we head to Lumberjack Axe Throwing at Unit 7, St Catherine's Park, Cardiff to have some fun with this very unique exercise that practices both your body and your focus to hit the target!

This session will be for 16-25YO young people - we have a separate session on another date for young people aged 10-15YO.

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Please ensure you are contactable if you are a parent/guardian in case we need any consent/ disclaimers on behalf of the venues (e.g. for any outdoor exercise activities)

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty craftin, where applicable
