Menopause Manor Taster Evening

An evening to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

We’re taught to treat menopause like a list of symptoms to manage. Hot flushes, sleepless nights, mood swings - tick the boxes, find the fixes, keep going. But for so many of us, it’s not that simple.

What no one really talks about is the quiet unraveling that can happen underneath it all. The loss of confidence. The sense that life no longer fits quite the way it used to. The exhaustion from holding everything together while feeling like you’re coming undone inside.

I know that place well. During my own menopause, I felt like I’d lost my footing. I was researching menopause, listening to other women’s stories, and still, I couldn’t make sense of myself. That experience, combined with my years of research and decades of facilitating reflective group spaces, shaped what became Menopause Manor.

This Taster Experience is a gentle introduction to the full Menopause Manor workshop series. It’s a calm, reflective evening where you’ll:

● Explore what menopause might really be asking of you

● Reflect on your own experience in a supportive space

● Connect with other women who understand what you’re going through

● Leave with a sense of clarity and renewed confidence about this next chapter

This isn’t about pushing through or fixing yourself. It’s about pausing long enough to listen to what’s changing and beginning to make sense of it.
