The night will be hosted by Dorothee and Stuart
The evening will begin at 7pm when guests can arrive and enjoy a pre- cabaret drink and chat with friends the cabaret then starts at 7.30pm the evening will come to a close at 10.30pm
The price for the meal and cabaret is £42.50 with A non-compulsory 10% service charge on all drinks to be added to your bill, if you would prefer not to have this just let Dorothee know when you ask for the final bill.
Please choose one meal from each of the following options
Starter
Champignons à l’ail. Garlic mushrooms with Brie
Mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter, with cream and Dijon mustard then topped with brie and oven baked, served with a bread roll
Paté de Canard
Duck liver pate Smooth and rich duck liver pate served with chutney, salad garnish and brown toast
Soupe à l’oignon
Our famous traditional French onion soup served with a cheese croutons
Moules Marinières
Mussels cooked in white wine, garlic and cream sauce served with a bread roll
Main course
Garlic cream chicken
A casserole of chicken, slow cooked with garlic, mushrooms, white wine, and cream.
Boeuf Bourguignon
Tender chunks of beef with mushrooms, carrots, and smoked lardon in a rich red wine sauce
Galettes de Saumon
Homemade Salmon fish cakes served with garlic mayo
Tartelette au fromage de chèvre, with caramelised onion
Goats cheese, tomatoes & onions caramelised with red wine crostata. A puff pastry tartlet topped with cherry tomatoes, goats cheese, and caramelised red onions baked in the oven and served with a salad garnish
All main courses will be served they sautées potatoes and mixed vegetables unless otherwise stated
