Morning All. 🤗
We will be dipping in the morning at 7.45.🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♀️🏊
We also have Hikitalo sauna booked from 8/9 AM. 🔥🔥🔥 We can alternate between cold dip & sauna.
If you don’t fancy the sauna the fire will be lite to have a coffee from Growandgrind . ☕️☕️☕️

New members always welcome. We are a lovely friendly group who will always make you feel welcome.
If you don’t want to dip just join us for coffee & a chat. 🤗🤗🤗

We are looking to order hats/hoodies for the group so if interest please keep your eye open for updates. ❤️
