Really good to see Andrei Daniel Enache and Bradley Shoemark putting in extra clinch work at the end of today’s session, all I ask of my fighters is to make sure you prepare properly, control the things you can (cardio, attending sessions, sparring) if you do that the results will take care of themselves, don’t make the mistake of coming back to the corner thinking I should’ve done more cardio etc!!
