Calling all cyclists - we are delighted to share with you the return of our 100km cycle challenge for Wales Air Ambulance!
We're on the hunt for cyclists to join us and take part in the challenge, alongside some of our lifesaving crew and rugby legend Shane Williams.
Whether a training ride, or the most you've ever tackled, each stride will make a lifesaving difference.

At the finish line at our base in Dafen, there will be refreshments and fun for all the family, including stalls and vendors - you may even get a peak of the helicopter (subject to tasking).
We attend many cyclists every year, and whilst we hope you never need us, it's good to know that we're there - but we can only continue to be with your support.
