Join us for a relaxed, hands-on Sourdough Bread Workshop in our cozy home kitchen, perfect for beginners or home bakers who want to build confidence with sourdough. In this friendly small-group session, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the whole sourdough process — from mixing and folding to proofing and baking.

What you’ll learn:✅ How to make and care for your own sourdough starter✅ The full bread-making process: mixing, folding, shaping, proofing, scoring, baking✅ The “why” behind sourdough — from gut health to flavour✅ Tips to fit sourdough baking into your weekly routine

• A mixing bowl – medium to large size (for your dough)

Edina has been baking sourdough bread at home for over 10 years, and it's safe to say—she’s obsessed. What started as a simple curiosity to reproduce her Europian grand-grandmothers ol' fashioned sourdough loaf turned into a decade-long love affair with wild starters, crusty loaves, and the magic of slow fermentation.

In this workshop, she’s opening up her kitchen and sharing everything she’s learned—no fancy equipment or complicated jargon, just real, hands-on baking in a relaxed and friendly setting. Whether you're brand new to sourdough or you've dabbled before, Edina’s here to guide you step-by-step, answer your questions, and help you gain the confidence to bake beautiful loaves at home.
