Upward Basketball and Cheerleading is a K-8th grade sports league, hosted at Murdale Baptist Church in Carbondale, IL. Our Season games and practices take place in January through early March 2026, with evaluations happening in November 2025.

After registering, take note of the evaluation nights/times & mark your calendar to attend one of the nights!! There may even be some door prizes when you come!! 😉
