There is a natural accumulation of stuck energy in our bodies and lives. This ceremony exists to support the movement of that buildup in service of our ability to show up to our lives in fullness.
The body holds a vast intelligence. It knows what needs to move, what needs to be released, and what needs to be cultivated. In this practice, the breath supports our ability to get out of the way and allow our bodies to do what they do best.
