Sunrise Beach Yoga

Friday or Saturday Mornings throughout Summer.

Join resident yoga teacher Kate Dove for a 45-minute sandy-toed yoga session by the sea. Classes are open to all abilities, including beginners. Kate teaches Hatha yoga classes with a flowing sequence of poses.

Classes are £8 per person.

6.15-7.00am, on Friday or Saturday mornings throughout the summer season (dependent upon weather conditions and tide times).

Please bring:

- Your own mat, blanket or towel to practice on

- Enough layers to keep warm

Beachside parking is available.

Enjoy access to the award-winning facilities at the C Bay Spa for one hour between 7.30-8.30am for £15.
