Join Rose for Vocal Medicine, a transformative experience designed to awaken your freedom of expression through the power of sound. 

We begin with cacao, creating a warm, heart-centered ceremonial space. This will include breath & meditation to deepen self-awareness and drop into presence.

As we start to feel the cacao medicine, we will move into vocal toning exercises that help connect us to the instrument of our voice and body. 

Ending with group improvisation will foster creativity and connection. Together, we‘ll explore and learn songs from around the world that resonate with our shared experience. 

This will be a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and communal expression, inviting participants to find their unique voice while also harmonizing with the collective.

During our time together we will: 

~ Open our hearts w/ cacao

~ Let go of limiting beliefs around our ability to sing & speak our truth

~ Practice breathing techniques 

~ Practice vocal warm-ups 

~ Sing & tone together 

~ Experience group vocal improvisation 

~ Learn medicine songs from around the world 

~ Connect deeply with ourselves and our extended community

~ Awaken & embody our true voices

Everyone is welcome, no singing experience is required…only a desire to expand and open your voice. This will be a safe & judgment-free container for exploration.

Please Bring:

• Your water bottle 

• A small shaker or percussion instrument if desired

• A small offering for the space (tobacco, herbs, a stone, a crystal, a song or prayer)

Preregistration is required.

***Please note: Cacao contains caffeine, so do not drink coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before we gather. It's also recommended to come with an empty stomach, eating your last meal at least three hours before we begin.

***Please drink plenty of water, before and afterwards to stay hydrated.

Rose Dayal is a multifaceted artist, DJ, and sound healer. She is the founder & facilitator of Vocal Medicine/Sound Medicine hosting workshops & events in the greater Bay Area and beyond.

Raised on a farm in Ohio, Rose has cultivated a deep connection with nature, which profoundly influences her artistic endeavors. With a lifelong passion for music starting from childhood, Rose has honed her skills as a musician & vocalist over the years. 

Additionally, she is a certified life coach, meditation & breathwork practitioner. Rose continues to blend her love for music, healing arts, and nature, creating transformative experiences that resonate deeply with many audiences.
