On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Mr. Bernard Howard, of Capitol Heights, MD passed from time to eternity.

A family visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at The Way of the Cross Church, 1800 Hazelwood Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.

A celebration of life service will immediately follow from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 NOON at the church.
