𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 is a 2000 American comedy-drama featuring Billy Crudup, Frances McDormand, Kate Hudson, Patrick Fugit, and Philip Seymour Hoffman. It follows teenage journalist Patrick Fugit as he writes for Rolling Stone in the early 1970s, touring with the fictional rock band Stillwater for his first cover story. The film is semi-autobiographical, based on director Cameron Crowe's own experiences as a young writer for the magazine.
