He is renowned for his exceptional guitar skills and soulful vocals, playing rock folk blues - blending delta blues, psychedelic rock, and Afro rhythms in his performances, reflecting a deep connection to his roots.
A powerhouse of emotional and energetic artistry, Frost captivates audiences with his mastery of various acoustic and electric guitars and has been a Fender endorsee for 25 years. Revered as the “South African Hendrix” and celebrated by Rolling Stone Magazine as the “Dark Prince of South African blues,” he mesmerizes listeners with his incredible talent.
Schalk Joubert is easily the busiest musician in South Africa. Live gigs, studio sessions, theatre productions and film scoring - there's nothing Schalk hasn't been involved in. From slots with pretty much every musician of note in the country, to touring with and being a part of the final ever The Strawbs recordm, alongside Dave Cousins, Schalk is globally recognised for his unmatched virtuosity on the bass guitar.
Albert and Schalk grew up making music together, and their easy chemistry and extraordinary jam sessions are an extension of that relationship, an aural experience of two friends continuing a lifelong chat.
