Come learn about aging, disgorgement, malolactic fermentation, assemblage, dossage, terroir, and blending as hallmarks of the Méthode Champenoise and the history behind this beloved beverage used to celebrate and savor.

This experience is guided by our in-house Sommeliers Tyler and April and thoughtfully paired with a canapé crafted by Executive Chef Vincent Celeste.
