Sunset Sunday Beach Circle

Sunset Sunday Beach Circles are soulful gatherings held at the shoreline to celebrate connection, reflection, and renewal.

As the sun dips below the horizon, participants come together in a circle to share breathwork, movement, meditation, and intention-setting.

These circles offer a peaceful space to unwind, recharge, and embrace the healing energy of nature and community.

We always end with a mocktail toast to set the tone for the week ahead!

Energy Exchange: $25

Please bring:
A yoga mat or beach mat
Towel and/or sheet
Water bottle
Sunscreen/Bugspray
Sunglasses or Hat
Anything else that will make you comfy!

*Arrive 15mins prior to start time
*Meet by the former Boathouse Restaurant
*Free parking on-site
*Restrooms on-site

Refunds or Credits given if cancellation made 7 days prior to start date or in the case of inclement weather!
