Live Jazz Combo

Join us for a live jazz combo featuring toe-tapping standards and timeless favorites. Relax, reminisce, and enjoy an afternoon of music with friends and the Florida Southwestern State College jazz students.

Facilitator info: Dr. Scott Courtney is music faculty at Florida SouthWestern State College, teaching jazz, music theory, world music, and saxophone. A Fulbright fellow and global presenter, he has performed with ensembles across the United States and abroad, including work with the Honolulu Symphony and appearances at major jazz and blues festivals alongside artists such as Roy Hargrove. His current research explores world music, Zen, and the human experience.
