Intro to Reiki at Four Freedoms Park

If you are interested in learning about the power of energy healing and Reiki, join us for this fun, informative evening! This class will be taught by experienced Reiki masters. We will discuss the history, principles, and benefits of Reiki and provide an overview of chakras as energy centers in the body. We will make jewelry to promote energy flow, learn self-treatment techniques, and experience a guided meditation to relax and help with energy flow.
