Honoring our Past, Embracing our Future - Cultural Park Theatre Annual Gala

The Cultural Park Theatre (CPT), Cape Coral is thrilled to announce its second annual fundraising gala “Honoring our Past, Embracing our Future”. This exciting and vital event will take place at the Cultural Park Theatre on Saturday, August 16th and will be a whirlwind of immersive history and future visions with guests travelling through the rich history of the theatre and being an intricate part of what the future holds. The Cultural Park Theater is entering its 63rd season and CPT will honor their rich history through immersive visuals from the past, unique oral history and valuable archives. Guests will take a journey from the theater’s humble beginnings to the incredible expansion, passion and vibrant rebrand of the present and the future. The goal is this event is to raise enough funds for CPT to acquire a new curtain to help us “continue to raise the curtain!”.

The Cultural Park Theater has been a vital staple of the Cape Coral community for several decades and has opened its doors and hearts to many. Through the power of live performance, community engagement and education, CPT has transformed the lives of individuals of all ages allowing any member of the community to have, or to find, their voice. CPT also has a vibrant education program which is open to all at a very minimal cost and, scholarships are available allowing every child the opportunity to participate.
