I’ve taken my knowledge of personal training, dance fitness, and the design of heels classes to create a simple, easy to learn, repetitive choreo sequence that anyone can do!
Materials needed:
Yourself
An open mind
Water
Heels or Dance Sneakers*
*Heels are not required, you can wear dance sneakers as well. If you don’t have either, you may want to be in socks vs a regular sneaker.
-Backless heels are not ideal for these classes.
-Heels with ankle straps, booties, boots or salsa heels are more ideal.
Your safety will always my priority, so I’m happy to guide you in selecting an appropriate heel that lends comfort and stability.
