Matthew Talley is our sports medicine specialist and is a certified athletic trainer working through Sentra. Matt has over a dozen years of experience with athletes and beyond.

Mobility sometimes gets confused with flexibility but by definition they are bit different! Mobility refers to the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion with control and stability. Mobility involves active muscle engagement where flexibility is more of a passive stretch.

In this 3 part series you will learn tips and tricks to understand functional movement patterns that counter and strengthen your golf swing && beyond.
