In our second last circle for the year, we will be bringing together all we have learnt in our past circles and teaching children some tools and techniques that will support their spiritual journey moving forward.
The tools children will learn in this circle include -
~ Grounding exercises
~ A short 5 minute meditation
~ Using positive affirmations
~ Breathwork exercises
~ The use of healing instruments
~ Working with your chakras
~ Heal from your heart , through your hands (energy healing)
This heart-opening circle will run for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the flow
Open to all children ages 5+
Exchange ~ $22 per child
Spots capped at 10 children per circle
We ask that parents stay at the centre for the duration of the circle ( you may stay in the room or in the general area of the temple space)
Bookings are required

Please note ~ All the spiritual knowledge shared in our circles is done so in an easy to understand and child friendly way
All circles will be run on Monday afternoons, if you would like to attend but Mondays don't work for you, please contact me with a day and time that would work for you as we may open a second circle if there is interest
