EOM Charity Session September - RUOK

For the month of September Velocity Fitness and Health is so proud to be supporting R U OK? R U OK? is a national suicide prevention charity inspiring Australians to stay connected and have meaningful conversations that can change lives.
‘R U OK? contributes to suicide prevention efforts by encouraging people to invest more time in their personal relationships and building the capacity of informal support networks – friends, family and colleagues - to be alert to those around them, have a conversation if they identify signs of distress or difficulty and connect someone to appropriate support, long before they're in crisis.’

Join us on September 27th at 7:15am in this extra special session as we round out our month of spreading awareness, driving the conversation and building connection.
There will also be an extra 8:00am class with our incredible NDIS community. We would love as many members as possible to stick around post 7:15am and join in with our Adventure Crew.

Our EOM session is open to the public so feel free to bring along a friend or two - just make sure you fill out our pre-exercise questionnaire prior to attending if you haven't trained with us before and bring a gold coin donation on the day!
