Chocolate + Wine Pairing Experience - Sat., Aug. 30 - 12:30 p.m.

Join Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Zin Valle Vineyards in Zin Valle’s beautiful Barrel Room for an exclusive tasting featuring generous pours of 4 pre-selected wines from Zin Valle paired with 4 selected truffles from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

During the approx. 60-minute tasting, we will walk you through the wines in your glass and their paired truffles and discuss why these pairings complement and enhance the flavors of both the wine and the truffles. We hope you will have some fun and that we will impart some information that you can use in the future to impress your friends and create pairings of your own.

After your tasting, Zin Valle and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory will offer your favorite wines and chocolates for a special price so you can go home with products to gift or to enjoy yourself.

When the event is over, we would love for you to enjoy the rest of the day at the vineyard, including live music until 4 p.m. Our food truck, Bistro in the Vines, will also be open with a great selection of delicious food. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory will also be on hand with a few of their most loved items.
