🌿 Community Walk Details – Saturday, August 2 @ 8 AM! 🌿
I’m so excited to kick off our very first community walk, sponsored by Optimal Nutrition Coaching + 1st Phorm!
📍 Location: Etowah River Park
🕗 Time: Meet at 8:00 AM
🚗 Where to Park:
When you pull into the park, head to the end of the parking lot on the left. Park in the first row near the snack shack and restrooms — you’ll see the blue pillar with the “Canton” sign. That’s our meetup spot!
💧 Before the Walk:
Come a little early — I’ll have spring water and hydration sticks ready for you!
🚶♀️ Walk Details:
• About 2.5 miles
• 80% shaded
• Restrooms available at the start and end
• Expect a moderate pace, taking about 45 minutes
• There are loop-back options if you want a shorter route!
☕ After the Walk:
Refuel with your choice of:
• Protein cold brew coffee
• A light + refreshing Clear Protein option from 1st Phorm!

I’m planning a community wellness walk at Etowah River Park (Canton, GA) — followed by a refreshing protein cold brew coffee to cool down, connect, and recharge!
Here’s the plan:
➡️ We’ll meet in the morning (before the heat hits)
➡️ Get in some light movement with great people
➡️ Then I’ll serve up 1st Phorm protein cold brew — it’s my favorite post-walk treat! If you're not a coffee fan, we'll have another option!
