The Hardest mile

“The hardest mile” This isn’t a race. This is an opportunity to try something hard with your fitness friends.
You can do less of it or do it with a partner.

Four laps on a running track
- Each lap is a different movement
- 1 hour time limit.
Movements:
Lap 1: Burpee Broad Jumps
Lap 2: Lunges
Lap 3: Bear Crawl
Lap 4: Run
