We have a large overstock of items from The Coop Gift Shop (permanently closed) and now is your chance to snag these must have items. All merchandise (unless otherwise marked) is 75% OFF & open to the public. The majority of these items are Christmas and Seasonal merchandise - all BRAND NEW!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The garage sale will take place up at The Lodge (top of the hill)

- First come, first serve - we are not able to "hold" merchandise

- All items subject to sales tax upon check-out

- Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting of any items purchased and must be removed day of sale
