Sourdough Breadmaking Workshop

Back by popular demand, join TAUNY for Kitchen Stories: Sourdough Bread Making with Tom Van de Water! This step-by-step sourdough bread making workshop will emphasize how to have sourdough “work for you, not vice versa”. The focus will be on starting the dough, kneading and baking. Participants will leave with starter and dough to bake at home.
Takes place at The TAUNY Center on Wednesday, February 18th from 4-5:30 p.m.
The cost is $20 per person with a limit of 30 participants.
