Sound Healing with Resounding Vessels - Crystal Singing Bowls plus DNA repair

Come join us for an evening of sound healing. We will welcome Resounding Vessels ~ using Crystal Singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum frequencies for relaxation, healing and alignment. Yoga mats, light blankets, pillows, bolsters and essential oils are all provided for you ! If there are other items that will enhance your experience, please bring.

One of the most well-known benefits when thinking about how sound frequencies can heal is through brainwave entrainment. This is when our brainwaves get exposed to a specific healing frequency, which then can cause them to change their overall frequency to be more balanced and healthy. We will discuss anchoring, the benefits of sound bathing and share time in relaxation.
