Our day will start with our 5K at 9:30am and followed by a FREE Children's Fun Run at 11:00am for children ages U3, U5, U7 and U9.
All participants who pre-register by August 10th will receive a free commemorative short-sleeve t-shirt.
Take advantage of our early bird rate of $30 for adults—after August 10th, registration increases to $40 on race day.
Awards will be presented across all age divisions, including five youth categories and 10-year adult age groups up to 80+.
We’re also proud to include unique divisions for the top three stroller runners and top three wheelchair participants.
Join us for a lively post-race party featuring a hearty lunch of pasta and salad, plus Guinness and a selection of brews on tap for participants 21 and over. Enjoy the festive atmosphere with live Irish music that will keep the celebration going strong!

This event is open to athletes of all abilities. Wheelchairs are welcome, and walkers are also encouraged to attend. The course is flat and begins and ends on the grounds of the beautiful Irish Cultural Centre. Race day registration will be $40.00.
