eMOTION Art w/ Kim Bader

Neurographic art is a mindfulness technique, created by psychologist Pavel Piskarev, that uses drawing to transform stress or problems into calm, harmonious images by linking the subconscious to conscious thought through a meditative process of scribbling, rounding sharp corners, and coloring, making art accessible to all skill levels for mental well-being and positive change. Supplies will be provided. A love donation of $5.00 is encouraged but not required :)
