Celebrate Canterbury’s Riverfest with a calm and restorative hour of Tai Chi in the beautiful surroundings of Westgate Gardens.

Led by Paul, an experienced internal arts instructor at Kingsmead Leisure Centre, this session is a gentle introduction to the principles of balance, breath and mindful integrated movement.

Suitable for complete beginners, you’ll be guided through easy-to-follow sequences that promote wellbeing and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.
