We are excited to be joined by Freedom Yoga with Tink for this event. She will be taking us through our warm up, and sharing a luscious restorative yoga routine after the dance.

Get comfortable with the space, and say hi to friends.

Welcome circle with blue lotus tea
We start with a Welcome circle, and an offering of blue lotus tea.

Warm up
10 minutes of gentle mindful movement to get the juices flowing, and our muscles in the mood to dance.

Dance
1.5 hour freeflow non verbal dance journey to a live DJ set. We start off slowly and build up to peak high energy movement. We then gently slow things down with some grounding tunes.

Restorative yoga
We thank our bodies, and continue to nourish our souls with 20 minutes restorative yoga.

Closing circle
We meet back in circle to ground and integrate our experience. Here is a chance to share anything that has been brought up during the afternoon or sit in silence. The choice is yours.

Feel free to hang out and catch up with fellow dancers and friends, after the closing circle as we pack down.
