Embrace the Light. Ground in Stillness.
Join me, Lily, for a deeply restorative sound bath as we gather close to the Summer Solstice – a powerful time of transition, illumination, and inner alignment.
In the peaceful setting of Wootton Village Hall, surrounded by nature and the resonance of live instruments, we’ll slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom within.
This special evening is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life, align with the rhythms of the season, and bathe in the healing vibrations of sound.
What to Expect:
🕊 You’ll lie down comfortably on your mat as the soothing sounds embrace and guide you inward.
🕊 A calming environment for deep rest, reflection, and heart-centered healing.
🕊 Time to quietly process and integrate the experience after the sound bath.
🕊 A space for sound and stillness to lead the way.
