We’re stepping out of Summer and into Fall this month with mental wellness in mind! ✨
Starting this week, we’ll I’ll be walking and invite you to come join in on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday at 8:30 AM for the rest of the month and likely into the fall! Come once or come every day - you can just drop in and find me/us walking! Sometimes it’s just me or sometimes we have a crowd - don’t be shy and come say Hi 👋
